Booking & Reservations

  • Hotel Burbank requires an incidental deposit per room on a valid credit card at the moment of check-in. Incidental deposits are then returned after checkout. Cash is not accepted.

  • Promotional rates and special offers at Hotel Burbank are subject to a non-refundable cancellation policy. 

    Hotel Burbank’s Best Available Rate is cancellable up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.

  • Dogs and cats are welcome at Hotel Burbank in select pet-friendly rooms. A pet cleaning fee of $75 + tax per pet is charged at check-out for every 7 days stayed. The pet-friendly rooms at Hotel Burbank can accommodate a max. of 2 pets per room and a max. size of 50 lbs per pet

Check-in/check-out

  • Check-in at Hotel Burbank begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Contact the hotel directly for options available for early check-in and late check-out.

Parking & Transportation

  • Hotel Burbank provides secure garage parking for $25.49 + 12% tax per vehicle, per night

    Complimentary EV charging is available at Hotel Burbank on the first floor of the parking garage and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • Hotel Burbank provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the Burbank Airport only for all hotel guests.

    For arrivals at Hotel Burbank, please contact the hotel directly upon your arrival to request your pickup. Advance scheduling is not available.

    For departures at Hotel Burbank, a daily shuttle service is provided every 30 minutes to Burbank Airport. Please speak with the hotel on the day of your departure to confirm the next shuttle departure.

Dining

  • Hotel Burbank has a cafe and bar on the first floor of the main building. Room service is available during the day only. A special overnight menu is available with the reception desk.

Rooms

  • Hotel Burbank provides ADA-compliant rooms. For families, connecting rooms and roll-aways are available. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about the availability of specialty rooms and roll-aways.

Smoke free policy

  • Hotel Burbank is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in the guestrooms or anywhere on property. If smoking occurs in a guestroom, a cleaning fee of $450 will be applied to the guest’s folio. Smoking is permitted off property and at least 20 ft. away from building entrances.
